Sunridge Woods is situated on County Road 54 just west of the junction with CR545, the Old Lake Wilson Road, and just 2 miles east of junction 58 on the I4.
It is an exclusive and peaceful community of private homes set within a conservation area with attractive Wetlands to the front of the development.
There is a lake with stunning views and an abundance of wildlife at all times throughout the year, you may be lucky to spot Giant Gopher Tortoises, Vultures, American Bald Eagles, Peregrine Falcons, Red Cardinals to name a few.
Sunridge Woods has an active Home Owners Association, which ensures that the community is maintained to a high standard.
Although a very peaceful community, Sunridge Woods is only 10 minutes away from Highway 192 with its abundance of shops and restaurants that cater for a wide variety of tastes.
Sunridge Woods is in an ideal position to make the most of a great Floridian holiday.
It is ideally situated to make the most of the numerous worl calss golf courses that the area has to offer.

Sunridge Woods is a prestigious and quiet private residential community accessed from Highway CR54. The villa is located at the most southerly part of the estate.
Access to the CR54 (Ronald Reagan Parkway) is best achieved by taking exit 58 from Interstate 4, which the first exit after the Mickey Mouse pylon (you cannot miss it), turning left at end of off ramp onto Highway 543 (Osceola Polk Line Rd). At the first set of traffic lights turn right onto Highway 545 (Lake Wilson Road). After about a mile you will come to a T junction where you turn right on CR54 (Ronald Regan Parkway). In less than half a mile you will come to the 2nd entrance to Sunridge Woods which is situated on the left hand side. The entrance to the estate is marked by a walled entrance feature.
Your holiday home is ideally located to reach a number of the main attractions and eating establishments, many of which are located on Highway 192 situated due North and accessed via Old Lake Wilson Road, a journey that should take no longer than 5 -10 minutes by car.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you would expect, including cooker, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer with ice-making facilities. A number of the smaller appliances having recently been replaced and upgraded.
A radio/CD player can also be found in the kitchen area.

Our villa is air conditioned throughout with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and family room. It is set well back from the roadside on a large corner plot with a long driveway shaded by oak trees. It is not overlooked by either villa on each side.
The [Master Suite] has a King sized bed and there is a cable television and video in the room. There is a large walk-in closet providing ample space for all your holiday clothing etc and the large en-suite shower room leads through to one of the exits to the poolside. The door is alarmed for the safety of young guests.
The [Second Bedroom] has a double bed and built in closet. It also has a multi-channel cable television.
The [Third Bedroom] has twin beds provided, again with a built in closet providing ample space for hanging your clothes. There is also a multi channel cable television.
The second bathroom, situated between the second and third bedrooms, is of a good size with a full sized bath. A hairdryer is supplied in each of the bathrooms for your use.
Radio/alarm clocks are provided in all the bedrooms to ensure that you are up in plenty of time to enjoy your holiday of a life time to the full!
The intimate, but bright, [family room], overlooking the lawned area at the rear of the property, has a 32" LCD multi-channel cable television which is also connected to an X-Box games console, this can double up as a DVD player. There are games provided, as well as a selection of DVD's for both the young and old.
Patio doors lead to the pool area.
There is a further bright and airy [living area] to the front of the property, overlooking the pleasant front garden, this room has a double sofa bed allowing the villa to sleep up to a maximum of eight people.
As well as the formal [dining area], which also has access to the pool area, there is a separate dining area attached to the kitchen for more informal meals.
Laundry facilities, including a large washing machine and separate tumble dryer are in a cupboard close to the kitchen area. There is a washing line in the garden to the rear of the villa for those that prefer their washing to dry in the fresh Floridian air.
All bed linens and towels for both indoor use and pool use are provided for you to use at no charge.
There are a number of games and DVD's for the X-Box console as well as a number of board games and a supply of reading books for your use when staying at the villa as our guests. As well as a football table and electronic darts.
Access to the large solar heated pool is via the family room, formal dining area and the Master Suite. All doors to the pool area are fitted with security alarms for the safety of young children so that they cannot enter the area without you knowing that they have done so.
The large screened pool area is equipped with plenty of poolside furniture to allow you to dine outside and relax by the pool. There is also a large selection of pool inflatables for you to use. The yard is large and secure enough for the children to play ball games in.
There is also an elecric barbecue for our guests to use, all we ask is that it is cleaned after each use and returned to the garage at the end of your stay.
