Emerald Pointe is part of Lakeside Estate, to the East of Disney just off the main 192 road that runs through Kissimmee. It is easily accessed from both major airports serving the area. The Oseola Parkway and Florida Turnpike give easy and fast access to the main Theme Parks, Restaurants and Shopping Malls. A Walmart Superstore is only 5-10 mins away.

Directons from Orlando International Airport to Villa at Topaz Trail, Emerald Pointe ,Lakeside
As you leave the airport follow the red South Exit signs.
Follow the signs `South 417`,`Disneyworld` and `Kissimmee`
After about 4 miles you arrive at 417 junction, do not turn off, go straight on under the bridge .
After the bridge (you are now on Boggy Creek Road) drive on for a further 1 and half miles then turn right at the next lights towards Kissimmee ,you are still on Boggy Creek Road travelling West.
After turning right drive on for a further mile ,pass the Walgreens store on your left and drive straight on at the lights.
Drive straight on for about a further 2 miles to the lights and junction with Buenaventura Blvd, drive straight on passing Jesus Miguel Supermarket directly on your left.
At the next lights turn right on to Lakeside Drive and continue for a further ½ mile then turn right on to Westlake Drive (watch for the school/community centre directly opposite the junction on the left).
Continue on Westlake Drive until you reach Emerald Pointe( the last community on this road) and turn right at the sign into Emerald Pointe.
Turn immediately left and follow the road ,take the 2nd left (Topaz Trail) and the home is 100yds on the left hand side.

Full cooker ,large fridge inc ice maker,toaster,blender,coffee maker,kettle,washer,dryer,waste disposal,microwave.
The villa is fully air –conditioned and all the rooms have TV`s. A DVD player is provided in the lounge area. We provide all bed linens, towels (please take your own beach towels for the parks) and tea towels and there is even a hairdryer. The telephone is free for all local and international calls ! The villa is professionally cleaned before each arrival and there are full laundry facilities. The washer and dryer are 'extra large' and there is also an ironing board and iron. The villa is fully equipped for your holiday and electric (except pool heat) water, cable TV, all linen's and towels are included in the weekly rate.
