Idyllic location perched on the edge of tranquil Lake Hampton. Our beautiful 4 bedroom home enjoys a truly magnificient setting with stunning lake views. A truly exceptional setting for that perfect relaxation moment after an entertaining day courtesy of Mickey and his friends.

LET ME GIVE YOU THE LOW DOWN ON THE DETAILS OF THIS BEAUTIFUL HOME

Our pool is an impressive 25'x15' sparkling private screened pool with exquiste views of the fabulous lake, just the place to unwind after a hectic day visiting our well loved friends at Disney, or even after a sundrenched day playing a game of golf in the nearby courses.

To complete your relaxing day, carry on into the evening by the pool with night lights to make that perfect end to the day watching the sunset over the lake with a refreshing (plastic glass) of margherita or beer.

Enjoy this area with 2 comfortable loungers. Table and 6 chiars for all your outside dining needs, with a sunshade should you need to cool off a bit.

Pool heating is available as an optional extra and recommended in the winter months from October to April.

All pool doors are alarmed for childrens safety and security.

Games room. Our fully fitted games room with a full size pool table and foosball and not forgetting a dart board for those days relaxing around the home. Just the thing to keep the BIG kids as well as those little ones happy.

The family room is the place where the whole family can relax after a day in the glorious warm weather of Orlando. A three seater sofa and love seat with cable tv and dvd/vcr with a couple of dvds already there for you to enjoy, and with direct access via lania doors to the pool area, also just for those BIG kids we have a playstation 2 with a couple of games.

The second lounge is for that quiet moment away from the pool and tv, with a three seater sofa and love seat, you can read a book, even take a doze.

The dining area where all your hungry needs are met will seat 6 with the option of two extra chairs from the sitting room. Just the place to get together and talk about the wonderful day you all had.

There is a fully fitted kitchen, if you happen to have the chance to cook. Oven,hob,microwave,firdge freezer,coffee maker,toaster,blender you name it we have it. cooking for the whole family or that quick bite.

There is a separate family sized laundery room equipped with washing machine,tumble dryer,iron and ironing board.

The master bedroom has stunning views looking over the pool and lake. A beautiful kings sized comfortable bed, luxurious bedding with cable tv and alarm clock radio and telephone. also the master bathroom is linked with this bedroom.

2nd Master bedroom is a peaceful spot at the head of the house. with a queen sized comfy bed with cable tv.

Master bathroom has an overbath shower, double wash hand basin, WC, hairdryer and plenty of towels.

The family bathroom located just by the twin bedrooms has an overbath shower, WC and wash hand basin. towels are provided in each bathroom

Especially for those travelling with small children, we have FREE baby equipment especially fit for the small children
Use of stroller, travel crib and high chair.

The telehone in the home is available to guests for use of unlimited FREE local calss, International and long distance calls can be made via prepaid calling card.
