Southern Dunes is a gated community with a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. There is a clubhouse restaurant and bar just 5 minutes walk from the villa.
Designed by Steve Smyers, the award winning golf course opened in 1993. The dramatic hillside layout stretches to over 7,200 yards and features 100ft of elevation changes, not typically found in Central Florida. Five sets of tees welcome golfers of all skill levels.
Southern Dunes receives rave reviews from local and visiting golfers and was ranked number 6 in Florida in ‘Golfweeks America’s best courses you can play.’ March 2005 issue of Golfweek.

Our extra large, south facing pool deck has a wonderful view of the 17th fairway. We provide 4 loungers and under the covered lanai, we have a table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining, along with the George Forman BBQ/Grill. There is even a fan to keep you cool!
The Luxury Hydro Spa, with its 34 jets and mood lighting is HEATED FREE. The perfect place to watch the amazing sunsets!
