Our villa is located at Clear Creek in a quiet road just 1 mile from US-192 and only 10 minutes away from Disney World and all its attractions. The villa which is 2000 sq. ft in size, backs onto a wooded conservation area and has a South facing un-overlooked pool.
At the entrance to the development there is a shopping plaza with restaurants, shops, a Supermarket, bank and post office.

Our villa is located just 10 minutes drive from Disney World and all its attractions. Sea World is 20 minutes drive and Universal Studios 30 minutes drive.

Follow the exit signs out of Orlando Airport and follow the signs for the BEELINE EXPRESSWAY (52) WEST. Once on the Beeline, you will pass through 2 tolls. The first is 75cents and the second is 50cents. Continue on this highway until you reach the I-4 (Interstate 4). Head WEST on the I-4.
Continue heading WEST on the I-4 until you reach the junction sign-posted U.S 192 WEST (Disney World). This is junction 64B.
Continue heading WEST on U.S 192 for approximately 7 MILES until you reach the junction with U.S 27.
The U.S 192 ends at this junction and you need to head NORTH (turn RIGHT) on U.S 27. Continue until the 2nd set of lights and turn RIGHT into the WOODRIDGE estate (you will see First Federal Bank and Winn Dixie). You are now on WOODCREST WAY.

The pool area is screened and features a deck with ample patio furniture for sunbathing or outdoor dining. The sparkling pool is South Facing and cleaned weekly. You can swim and look out over the wooded conservation area or the in the lit pool watching the sunset.

The accommodation is fully air conditioned and with ceiling fans in all rooms. The villa is furnished to a very high standard with leather sofas and high quality furnishings. It features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, games room with pool table & foosball, kitchen, utility room, living room, dining room and eating area outside overlooking the swimming pool. The master bedroom features a super-king size bed (7' square), huge walk-in closet, cable TV and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed,cable TV, the third bedroom twin beds, cable TV and the fourth bedroom is a Winnie the Pooh themed room with twin beds. There is also a cot/crib available at no extra cost.
Full accommodation is for 8.
Two beautiful large living rooms with sumptuous leather sofas large screen TV and marble topped dining table with leather chairs in the dining room. A selection of DVD's. CD's are available for all the family. The games room has, foosball, pool table, electronic darts and a selection of board games
Telephone with free local calls. FREE WIRELESS BROADBAND CONNECTION. Alarm to pool areas for the safety of children. All linen and towels are provided. A safe is available to hire from management company.
