From Orlando international airport go west on interstate 4 to exit 55 (Hwy 27) travel 10 minutes south on Hwy 27 and just after the Webbs candy factory (Sweet & Ice cream store) take a left turn on Bates Rd and the gated entrance is 500 meters on your right.

need. Cooker/hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker,dishwasher, double sink and large fridge/freezer with ice maker, are just some of the luxury appliances on offer. A washer and dryer are situated in the seperate utility room, together with ironing board and iron. A large dinette table and chairs sit in front of a window in the dining area (nook). There is a phone for the use of free local calls, and for international calls using a phone card.

This villa has plenty to offer with its very own private heated pool and spa (lanai). Given its south facing aspect the lanai gives you the opportunity to enjoy thesunshine at any time of day without being overlooked. As Florida is renowned for its sunshine and can get
extremely hot, a covered area with ceiling fan allows you to relax whilst keeping cool. Pool side furniture including sunloungers, are provided for use at your conveniance.

The living area is adjasent to the kitchen/dining area creating a large open plan layout. This stylish room is spacious, comfortably furnished and leads out through the sliding patio doors on to the pool and lanai area. This room is the perfect place to relax and unwind, offering a 3 piece suite, large remote cable t.v with DVD and ceiling fan. A separate sitting room with sofa, remote cable t.v and PS2 provides the space for extra peace and quiet.
A CD stereo system is also available.
The games room has a selection of games for your enjoyment, including pool, darts and ping pong-a good opportunity to keep the children occupied!
