	A stylish, modern property in peaceful rural surroundings in the heart of the English countryside, yet very accessible to the famous Romney Marsh as well as the coastal towns of Hythe with the Romney Hythe & Dymchurch steam railway, Military Canal plus the long shingle beach here and at Littlestone and Greatstone. Ashford with its many shops, Leisure Centre and International Railway station is a mere 5 minutes drive, with Dover Ferry ports ideal for day trips to France or Belgium. This relatively unexplored region of Kent is also within easy reach of many castles, and gardens such as Leeds, Sissinghurst and Port Lympne - also well known for its zoo.

	Ruckinge is a small village with a country pub, post office and small supermarket. Ashford is only 5 minutes drive where you will find superb shopping facilities together with Ashford Internation Train station which will take you to Paris in under 2 hours. The property is only a 10 minute drive to Tenterden and Rye which offers a great experience to those who love the experience of an historical town.


	Additional travel details

	Exit the M20 motorway at junction 10 following the signs for Ashford. Follow dual carriageway and go straight over 1st roundabout. Continue on dual carriageway and take the 1st exit at the next roundabout. Take the 2nd exit at the next roundabout and you will now head into the countrside. Follow this road for approx 2 miles and Bromley Green Road is on the left hand side. Red Oak can be found approx 1 mile down Bromley Green Road on the right hand side.
