A stylish, modern property in peaceful rural surroundings in the heart of the English countryside, yet very accessible to the famous Romney Marsh as well as the coastal towns of Hythe with the Romney Hythe & Dymchurch steam railway, Military Canal plus the long shingle beach here and at Littlestone and Greatstone. Ashford with its many shops, Leisure Centre and International Railway station is a mere 5 minutes drive, with Dover Ferry ports ideal for day trips to France or Belgium. This relatively unexplored region of Kent is also within easy reach of many castles, and gardens such as Leeds, Sissinghurst and Port Lympne - also well known for its zoo.

Ruckinge is a small village with a country pub, post office and small supermarket.
Ashford is only 5 minutes drive where you will find superb shopping facilities together with Ashford Internation Train station which will take you to Paris in under 2 hours.

  Exit the M20 motorway at junction 10 following the signs for Ashford.
Follow dual carriageway and go straight over 1st roundabout.
Continue on dual carriageway and take the 1st exit at the next roundabout.
Take the 2nd exit at the next roundabout and you will now head into the countrside.
Follow this road for approx 2 miles and Bromley Green Road is on the left hand side.
Red Oak can be found approx 1 mile down Bromley Green Road on the right hand side.

With glazed doors providing additional light, the very pretty lounge which has a working fireplace with attached fireguard, offers long comfortable sofas, armchair, colour TV with DVD/video and French doors leading out to the large decked seating area and garden. Carpeted stairs lead to the upper rooms - there are two twin bedrooms with clothes hanging space and drawers, a single bedrom with a separate 4ft folding bed, two en-suite bedroms - one with a King Size bed with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and an en-suite shower room with shower in a cubicle, WC, washbasin, heated towel rail and shaver point plus one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, drawers and en-suite shower room with shower in a cubicle, washbasin & heated towel rail. The wonderful modern family bathroom - with stone coloured wall tiles has a large shaped bath with hand shower over, heated towel rail, WC and washbasin.
