Kalkan is a small resort tumbling down a steep mountainside to a small harbour filled with yachts. The stunning beach at Patara and the historical sights of the Xanthos valley, are only a short drive away. Kalkan's narrow streets leading down to the harbour are lined with wonderful restaurants, fabulous shops and a variety of bars.

The property is made up of two apartments - the groundfloor sleeps 3 with a double and a single bedroom both air-conditioned and with balconies, 1 x bathroom with a shower etc. Kitchen /Lounge leading onto terrace over looking Kalkan Bay. The 1st floor sleeps 4/5 with 1 x large double bedroom ( with Z bed ) en-suite air conditioning and a balcony, 1 x twin bedded room airconditioning 1 x bathroom with shower toilet etc. Kitchen, lounge dining room. The lounge leads onto balcony overlooking Kalkan Bay. There is also a large roof top terrace.
