The Costa Blanca is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations. We are just 5km inland from Benidrom and also near Altea, Albir and Alfaz del Pi. There are mountain walks from the house nd the Sierras Aitana, Guadalest and Bernia are close. There is golf nearby, climbing and the full range of water sports.

La Nucia is an up-market town 10km inland from Benidorm. We are half way between the two. The Benidorm - Altea - Villajoiosa area is very much an urban area and we are part of it. We are also close to mountain walks and genuinely quiet, rural areas. Los Arcos is itself located in a small urbanisation of about 20 individually designed houses, just 100 metres from the main road, but far enough away to not notice it. There are supermarkets, banks, restaurants and a pharmacy within easy walking distance of the house. We also have a 900 square metre garden with numerous fruit trees and a private swimming pool for your use.

Los Arcos is just off the CV70 Benidorm-Alcoi road, just 5km from Benidorm. The motorway (AP7) junction for Benidorm is 4km away, as is the main road (N332) which goes from Alicante to Valencia. Our villa is only 100 metres from a large, well-known supermarket - Superlanucia. We are on a bus route, so a car is not essential, but we recommend that you do hire one to take advantage of the many places of interest and activities nearby.

You have your own covered terrace and full use of the whole compound. There is adequate garden and pool furniture for your use. In addition, there is also an 80 square metre paved barbecue area for your use.

There is a spacious lounge diner where the sofa bed accommodates the fifth person. There is Astra satellite TV offering CNN, Eurosport and SNBC in English plus a full range of German channels. There is also a DVD-CD player and a stereo radio.
The two double/twin bedrooms accommodate four people and there’s a convertible sofa bed in the lounge for a fifth.
