Lovely bungalow in La Marina, just 20 minutes South of Alicante Airport and 45 minutes North of Murcia Airport. 5 min walk from all faciliteis. Very near 'Blue Flag' La Marina Beach. Snorkling available on the island of Tabarca.

La Marina is a perfect holiday location for getting out and about. The vibrant and bustling city of Alicante is a must, it's great for shopping, dining, museums and the port is lovely. Torreveija is a 20 minute car ride away and this is the place for water parks and shopping. There is also a casino. The lovely Spanish towns of Guardamar, Santa Pola and Elche (the palm tree capital of Europe) are all a 10 to 15 minute car ride away and are well worth a visit. For snorkling the island of Tabarca is a short ferry ride away from Santa Pola, this is definitely a great place for a great day out.

The property is located in an excellent location in La Marina. It is 5 a 5 minute walk to bars, restaurants and shops and the La Marina Sports Complex which has a great swimming pool and evening entertainment. The "BLUE FLAG" La Marina Beach is arguably one of best in Spain. This is an excellent holiday location for families and couples alike.

From Alicante Airport go South on the N332 towards Cartagena. Continue on the N332 and you will eventually pass a sign for La Marina Playa, ignore this sign. You will then come to another sign, again for La Marina Playa, and again ignore this sign. The third sign will be for La Marina Urbanisation, you need to take this exit. You will approach a roundabout at which you need to turn right. La Marina is here.

The property has a lovely terrace which enjoys the sun all day. A BBQ is available. Patio furniture and sun loungers are provided. If the sun does get too hot, there is an awaning which can be pulled down completely over the terrace.
