This villa is situated on private ground (1050 m2) in a most wonderful place of the Costa Brava. The large garden has several flowertrays made of natural stone and beautiful terraces (all have seaviews). The terraces as well as the swimmingpool can be illuminated which give much atmosphere. So also during evening and nighttime you can swim or relax on the sunbeds with the sound of breaking waves underneath. There is an outside kitchen with barbecue. Villa Dolores has comfortable beds (boxsprings). Central heating in every room, wooden Stove in the living. Stereo, Satellite TV, Video, DVD. Comfortable high quality furniture.

|
Tamariu is an old small fisherplace with very much atmosphere. It lies on a small bay. It has a large beautiful sand beach bounded by an enjoyable boulevard with restaurants and several terraces where you can take a drink. There are no disco's in Tamariu, nor high buildings. Tamariu lies 5 km from Palafrugell where the Townhall is situated. Palafrugell is a small town which has a lot of atmosphere too. There is a marketplace with many terraces, there are many restaurants, many shops, there is market on sunday morning, banks and so on. The blue sea, the most beautiful landscape, the lovely weather, and the kind Spanish people, make Tamariu almost like Paradise.

From airport.
1 st roundabout take right. Then follow S. Feliu de Guixols, Platja D'aro, Palamos, Palafrugell. In Palafrugell (*): follow Platges then follow Tamariu. You drive the road down to Tamariu (you see the sea on the right). After you pass the signboard Tamariu, you see a signboard "Hotel Hostallido" on your right. At that point there is on the LEFT side a road going uphill. You take that road and keep driving up. The road turns RIGHT and then makes a sharp curve to the LEFT. Keep driving, after a few hundred meters you see Villa Dolores on your left.
By car from highway.
Take Salida 6. Follow Palamos, follow Palafrugell. In Palafrugell follow as described above under (*).

On the property you find a nice swimmingpool (8x4), several large terraces. One in natural stone for relaxing in the sun on the nice sunbeds. One with wooden furniture for dining and taking breakfast in the morning. One on the 1 st floor with wonderful seaviews (max 4 persons). There is an outside kitchen with BBQ.

The villa is modern and newly constructed (2005). On the groundfloor you find a large luxurious kitchen, toilet and large dining area and living. Also it has a vide. From the dining area you have access through glass sliding doors to a large terrace. The large window rises up to the second floor. On the second floor you find 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms one has a shower and a washtable, the other has a bath a 2nd toilet and a washtable. Also you have access to the upper terrace (max 4 persons), the seaviews you have from here are really breathtaking .
Downstairs there is a large garage with two seperate rooms (one for the central heater is closed) in the other you find the washing machine and dryer, which you can use of course.
