The apartment is situated in a magnificent complex at Al Andalus about 1 mile from VERA and GARRUCHA. It is a two bedroom ground floor apartment.The main bedroom has en-suite facilities, and the second bathroom is right opposite the second bedroom. It has a comfortable lounge, fully fitted kitchen, utilities room and a small garden at the front...ideal for bbq's or just relaxing with a drink. Although it does not overlook the complex swimming pool (Which suits our regular clients) it is only a 30 second walk away. There is also an indoor pool the same distance. The complex is secured by entry phone and the maintenance of the grounds is second to none. The award winning beaches in Vera is a 5 minute drive ... with a brand new promenade it is lovely. There are numerous bars and restaurants in Vera and the seaside resort of MOJACAR is about 15 minutes drive with it's miles of clean sandy beaches.
There is a luxury bus service that picks up right outside the complex that goes to Vera, Vera Playa, Garrucha and Mojacar and leaves at 20 past the hour

The Al Andalus complex is situated in the Valle del Sol in Vera and enjoys a tropical climate with sunshine all year round.
It is within easy reach for all activities you would need on your holiday.The complex is spotlessly clean and a very good mix of people (Even some locals have bought property here!)
The complex is safe and boast two pools (One indoor and one out)All the building has finished in the immediate area so you won't be disturbed by cranes and digging in the morning!!!
The garden is ideal for a well deserved BBQ and of course a bottle of the local wine at the end of a relaxing day....

Take the autovía Del Mediterráneo/A-7/E-15
exit 534, Antas, Vera, Garrucha, Mojácar,
end of exit to the right, straight on at roundabout.
Next crossing left, direction Garrucha.
Next roundabout (Bull Ring on the right) also left towards Garrucha (shop Intermarché).
After 4 km turn left direction Puerto Rey (Blue pillar), (The Gnome Restaurant will be on your right)
mini roundabout Turn Left following sign “urbanisations.
Next mini roundabout turn right, second urbanisation on your right hand side.
Drive 50 m and turn tight into entry road, looks like a red pavement.
At the end of this pavement are the security doors to the complex where you will be met
or the keys will be with the security man who will direct you the short distance to the apartment.

Desert Springs Indiana course is the first desert course in europe and has been built to USPGA specifications. Generous fairways mean it's ideal for the less skilled amateur, while the scenery is astounding. Different tees mean that the better player will find the course's assortment of hazards - from dry riverbeds to cacti- a real challenge
10 mins away Valle del Este's sand, water and volcanic rock make for a different sort of golfing experience. Raised tees look down on three lakes and a good number of waterfalls, while ominously large sand bunkers litter the fairways.
Finally at Turre not far from Mojacar there is the Cortijo Grande club de golf.

The apartment has been decorated to the highest standards and has everything you require for an enjoyable and safe stay.Although there is security on site we have our own personal 24 hour call out to deal with any problems you have during your stay.The price reflects all the added extras we have included to make your stay a wonderful holiday.....there are cheaper rentals in the area but as with everything you do get what you pay for.......
