Regional Information
The Costa del Sol is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. Its great diversity means that it has something to offer for just about everyone - young old, families, there is enough entertainment and variety to please all types of holiday goer and visitor.

Information specific to the town/village
Nerja is conveniently situated and readily accessible, just 50 km from Malaga and its international airport.
Nestling in the foothills of the mountains the town has a thriving tourist industry. There are many small shops, bars and restaurants, and a wonderful all year round climate and the visitor can hire a horse-drawn carriage to explore the most romantic corners of the town.
The famous 'Balcon de Europa' - a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff, with sweeping panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the small coves and beaches below, against an awesome backdrop of the imposing mountains.
Nerja's most spectacular and one of Spain's biggest tourist attractions is the fascinating 'Cuevas de Nerja' (Caves of Nerja), located just three kilometres from the centre of town. They include archaeological treasures such as 20,000 year old paintings, pre-historic remains and the world's biggest stalactite to stalagmite formation.
Boasting 16 kilometres of beaches and sparkling clear water. All major water sports are available in the area, including scuba diving and sailing.

Information about outside of the property
A quiet location ,La Noria is a small community on the outskirts of Nerja with a popular local restaurant only a couple of minutes walk away. The Villa is ideal for families looking for plenty of space,you will also have access to the lovely communal pool and tennis court both of which are less then 2 minutes walk away.

Outside there is the spacious terrace that surrounds the villa. Here there are luxury table and chairs, BBQ area, and of course the private swimming pool.
             
             
Information about inside of the property
The architect has designed this villa with the Mediterranean climate in mind. The bedrooms are located on the ground floor which keeps cooler in the hot Summer and the living space is located on the first floor, so that you can enjoy the luxury of having sea and mountain views from most of the windows. The lounge is large and bright, with brand new furnishings, plasma SatelliteTV, wall-mounted Hi-Fi unit, fireplace, and two comfortable sofas. As it is open-plan, the dining area has seating for 6 people and is adjacent to the French doors leading onto a small balcony overlooking the private pool. The kitchen is fully fitted and modern with everything you could ever need. There is also a toilet on this level.

There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King-size bed and boasts the luxury of an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower(and a safe!). The other bedrooms can be converted to make up twin beds or double beds depending upon your requirements. All bedrooms have "quiet run fans".

All bedrooms have fully built in wardrobes.
This property is NO SMOKING.
A car is strongly recommended, there is a bus service to the centre or a 15 minute walk to a beach.
After a night out - a taxi to La Noria is approx €5/7.
Please be aware that the property is not suitable for the very elderly or infirm or tiny toddlers requiring a stair gate.
The swimming pool (communal and private) only available from end May till October.
