Duquesa is located between Marbella and Gibraltar and only ten minutes away from Estepona. It is on the south west coast of Spain,and therefore the climate is good all year roundwith approximately 320 days of sunshine every year, making it the perfect destination for golfers all year round and holiday makers alike. The apartment is situated within walking distance of Puerto de la Duquesa marina with its many shops, bars and restaurants some have live music and dancing, others are quiet, the choice is yours! At night have a meal in one of the many and varied restaurants overlooking the water, English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Thai, American and Mexican, they are all here. They are all open all day and stay open until late at night.

This brand new luxury apartment complex is situated 100 metres from the beach and near to the bustling marina of Duquesa.
The lounge is luxuriously furnished, with a TV & DVD. There are two large sofas and a dining table to seat 4. Patio doors lead to the southwest facing terrace which overlooks the pool & gardens and benefits from the afternoon sun. Relax and enjoy a cocktail on the terrace, a table & 6 chairs are provided.
The master bedroom consists of a double bed and large fitted wardrobes and an en-suire bathroom, patio doors lead out to the terrace. The twin bedroom has two single beds which also has patio doors leading to the terrace. The modern kitchen has microwave, toaster and all mod cons. Private indoor garage with private parking.
