Duquesa is located between Marbella and Gibraltar and only ten minutes away from Estepona. It is on the south west coast of Spain,and therefore the climate is good all year roundwith approximately 320 days of sunshine every year, making it the perfect destination for golfers all year round and holiday makers alike. The apartment is situated within walking distance of Puerto de la Duquesa marina with its many shops, bars and restaurants some have live music and dancing, others are quiet, the choice is yours! At night have a meal in one of the many and varied restaurants overlooking the water, English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Thai, American and Mexican, they are all here. They are all open all day and stay open until late at night.

This brand new luxury apartment complex is situated 100 metres from the beach and near to the bustling marina of Duquesa. The spacious lounge is luxuriously furnished, with a TV & DVD with UK satellite channels. There are two large sofas with patio doors that lead to the south facing terrace and garden, where you can relax and soak up the sun all day!. From here you have magnificent views of the sea, swimming pools and landscaped gardens.In addition to the dining table on the balcony there is also an inside dining table for four if you prefer to eat inside. The master bedroom consists of a double bed and large fitted wardrobes and twin bedroom has two single beds with views out to the garden. The modern kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, toaster and all mod cons. A door leads from the Kitchen to the Utility Room where the washing machine is located
