Across the road from the marina is the Duquesa Golf and Country Club which boasts superb facilities and a top class 18 hole course, overlooking the mediterranean. More of europes finest golf courses are within a thirty minute drive, including : Los Arqueros, La Quinta, Los Flamingos, MonteMayor, Atalaya Park, Estepona, San Roque, Almenara, Sotogrande, Valderrama and Alcaidesa.

Duquesa is located between Marbella and Gibraltar and only ten minutes away from Estepona. It is on the south west coast of Spain,and therefore the climate is good all year roundwith approximately 320 days of sunshine every year, making it the perfect destination for golfers all year round and holiday makers alike. The apartment is situated next to the Puerto de la Duquesa marina with its many shops, bars and restaurants some have live music and dancing, others are quiet, the choice is yours! At night have a meal in one of the many and varied restaurants overlooking the water, English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Tai, American and Mexican, they are all here. They are all open all day and stay open until late at night, when its time to go back to the apartment you will know the car is safely parked and its only a two minute walk back.

The spacious air conditioned lounge is comfortably furnished, there is a TV & Video with UK satellite channels with a large selection of videos. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the north facing balcony where you can relax and soak up the sun all day!. From here you have magnificent views of the golf course, swimming pools and private tropical gardens.In addition to the dining table on the balcony there is also an inside dining table for six if you prefer to eat inside.The whole apartment is air conditioned, the master bedroom and twin bedroom are is located on the first floor The modern kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher and all mod cons.
