The Casares Costa is located between Estepona and Gibraltar and near to the towns of Sabinillas & Duquesa. It is on the south west coast of spain,and therefore the climate is good all year roundwith approximately 320 days of sunshine every year, making it the perfect destination for golfers all year round and holiday makers alike. The apartment is situated near to the beaches of Sabinillas with its many shops,bars and restaurants some have live music and dancing, others are quiet the choice is yours! Next to Sabinillas is the port of Duquesa, at night have a meal in one of the many and varied restaurants overlooking the water, English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Thai, American and Mexican, they are all here. They are all open all day and stay open until late at night.

Fully Air-conditioned throughout
Accommodation consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms , spread over 3 levels. Comfortably furnished, there is a lounge/dining room with 2 sofas, a dining table to seat 6 and patio doors leading to an ample sun terrace with a table and chairs.
The large roof terrace offers lovely views of the surrounding mountains and the Mediterranean sea.
The spacious master bedroom en-suite with a sea view. The upper twin bedroom is also en-suite and has its own private terrace. The other twin bedroom is on the ground floor.
There is also a fully fitted and equipped kitchen including dishwasher etc.
There is a main swimming pool and a childrens pool which have excellent views to the sea. Take a short stroll down to the beach where you can partake of a few refreshments in the chiringuita (beach bar). Walk along the beach for another 5 minutes and you will reach Sabinillas. Here you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, shops etc.
A further 5 minutes and you will reach the Puerto de la Duquesa, a beautiful marina surrounded by bars & restaurants
