The nearest café and shop is less than 2 miles away in Sarnadela; there is a Post Office less than 2 miles away in Pombeiro da Beira. The nearest supermarkets are in Arganil which is about 15-20 minutes drive from Roda - Intermarche and Lidl are the main supermarkets but there are also many cafes, restaurants and small shops including take away pizza, etc.

The villa is set within 6 acres with terraces leading down to the lake. There are many walking tracks surrounding property.

The villa comprises 1 double bedroom (with ensuite shower room) 1 twin bedroom (which can be converted into a kingsize bed) with a separate bathroom. A large lounge with wood burner can be used as a double bedroom using the double sofa bed. A cot and high chair are supplied.
We have a very large farmhouse kitchen/dining room which seats up to 10 persons comfortably.
The upper level of the villa is open plan and can be converted into a sleeping area for up to 4 persons with clothes hanging facilities.
Both floors have shaded balconies with lake views.
