The property is shared in 1 flat (besides the owner’s one), with independent entrance and balcony, and an independent cottage. Recently fully restored, all flats are furnished to reflect the antique origin of the country-house while meeting all the modern standards of exclusive comfort for a memorable stay. Property includes a wide garden, , sun-beds, parking, BBQ, outdoor tables to have a great sunset-dinner, toys and a small pool for children. It is a very special place, secluded and restfull, while all main services and facilities are easy reachable by car in 5 minutes in the small village of Grilli .Gorgeous beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia are just 15'. Two 18-holes-Golf-courses nearby. Edy’s friendly hospitality and the dayly-fresh vegetables of her garden will let you enjoy un unforgettable holiday in Maremma!
Casetta, a charming independent cottage, air conditioned, 90 mq, sleep from 2 to 7. Inside a wide well equipped kitchen (fridge and freezer, owen, 4 fires), a dining area, a wide living with a fireplace, a TV, a radio with cassette-player and a double sofa-bed, 1 double bedroom and a triple bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower. Outside, a wide garden viewing at the ancient Etruscan village of Vetulonia and its valley, a small children-pool, some sunbeds, a BBQ, some outdoor-sitting-tables to have great breakfast and dinner under the incredible sky of Maremma.

Take the Giuncarico exit of the Livorno-Grosseto-Roma Superstrada (SS1) and follow the sign for Castiglione della Pescaia. After around 7 km turn on your right into a small paved road. Casa Edy is on the left after about 1 km.

2 different 18 holes Golf Courses located within 25 km from the property, open all the year: “Golf Club Toscana - Il Pelagone” (10 km) and “Golf Club Punta Ala” (about 27 km).
'Il Pelagone' is 18 holes, mt 5.920, PAR 71-SSS 70, with many facilities: training field, putting green, pro shop, hire cart, golf bags and trolley, bar, swimming-pool, volley, baby-sitting. During Winter is closed on Wednesday.
'Punta Ala', opened in 1964, is 18 holes, mt 6.168, PAR 72-SSS 72, with driving range, golf-cars, pro-shop, golf trolley, bar, restaurant and spectacular views all around. No closing-day.
