Villetta lies between Monteriggioni and Siena (7 kms from the old city centre and 3 kms from the outskirts), in beautiful countryside and close to many interesting local villages. You can reach San Gimignano in about 30 minutes and Florence in about an hour by car. There are many restaurants that offer delicious tuscan cuisine and offering excellent Chianti wines.

Motorway Florence-Siena, exit Siena Nord, drive alond old Cassia (direction Florence) for only 4 minutes. You'll arrive at San Martino, turn right. Go straight for 800 mts, follow a cypresses road and you'll be at Villa Il Pozzo.

Vines and olive trees, cypresses, firs, planets, ilexes are around the property for about 14 hectares.
