Massa Marittima is the historical medieval little city in High Maremma in Tuscany. It is placed at the altitude of 200 m, few kilometres far from the Follonica gulf seaside and the beautiful beaches of Punta Ala and Castiglione della Pescaia. The place is very quiet and panoramic with a nice view over the countryside to the sea.
The landscape is the typical Tuscan one with vine-yards, olive grove, rows of cypresses and Mediterranean flora with its beautiful colours and scents.
Massa Marittima is located on the Wine Road and so it’s an ideal place for tasting excellent wine (the most famous D.O.C. Monteregio di Massa Marittima).
In Massa Marittima IN May and IN Agoust play the Medioeval “BALESTRO DEL GIRIFALCO”.
It’s a strategic and ideal location being near to the sea (15 km) and to towns of art.

The prices is for one week (Saturday - Saturday) except the energy consummations
The energy consummations generally are 10 - 15 euro week in summer, in winter depend by the radiator use.
The prices I told you included bed blandest, pillows, but does not include sheets, towels and tablecloth. You can take yours or if you prefer you can rent it.
End cleaning: You can do it by yourself, or you must pay it.
Generally at the check-in we ask a security of 100 euro, that we return to you when you’ll leave.
