The house is shared in 3 flats (besides the owner’s one), all with independent entrance and terrace, and 1 room. Recently fully restored, all flats are furnished to reflect the antique origin of the country-house while meeting all the modern standards of exclusive comfort for a memorable stay. Property includes 6x14 mt pool, pool sun-beds, garden, parking, BBQ, 3 outdoor tables to have a great sunset-dinner, and swing and toys for children. It is a very special place, secluded and restfull, while all main services and facilities are easy reachable by car.Gorgeous beaches of Cala Violina and Follonica are just 20'. 2 18-holes-Golf-courses nearby. Come here and you will get a great taste of the real tuscan Maremma: the Angela's friendly warmness, the dayly-fresh vegetables of her garden, oil and wine from the her house are waiting for you!

Take the Gavorrano-Scalo exit (not Gavorrano exit!)of the Livorno-Grosseto-Roma Superstrada (SS1) and follow the sign for Ribolla. At the first cross, take the turn for Massa Marittima. After around 800 mt turn on your right into a small paved road. Casa Angela is on the left after about 1,7 km.

Apartment Simone is a ground floor flat and has about 50 m2 with its independent entrance. It sleeps from 1 to 4 people (2adults and 2 children). It has a kitchen corner with a dining and living room area with a double sofa-bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom equipped with shower. It is fitted with mosquito nets in the kitchen, independent heating for winter months and one outdoor table. 2 sun-beds are by the swimming pool. Baby cot is available on request (linen are not provided). Pets are accepted with a small surcharge, according in advance. Bedroom and bathroom linen are included in the price. Use of washing machine will be charged. All main services and facilities are in the nearby town of Bagno di Gavorrano, reachable by car within 5 minutes.
