|
To gain full use of all the attractions in and around the area, car hire is recommended. Ski resorts are within easy reach of the apartment if you have the use of a car.
To entertain the children there are plenty of days out to choose from. Gardaland in Peschiera is a Theme Park suitable for all the family. Caneva World, 2 Theme Parks in 1: a Marine Theme Park and Water Park. You can also visit Parco Natura Viva, a Wildlife Park in Pastrengo.

|
Ideal holiday location for families as the residence is entered via an electronic security gate. Smoking not permitted. Pets not allowed. A private covered parking space is provided. Entry to the apartment is via stairs, and is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.
The local church and pizzeria in Bande are a 3 min walk from the apartment. You can visit, by foot, local vineyards which offer wine tasting.

Well furnished kitchen with eye-level electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and all necessary cutlery and cooking utensils. The large extendable dining table seats 6 comfortably.

The communal garden is well equipped with flowers, shrubs and trees. A gazebo and table and chairs are located next to the swimming pool. The apartment also has a private garden with patio area.

The building was the summer residence of the Gonzaga family from the end of the 13th to the start of the 18th century. This recently renovated spacious apartment (130 sq. metres) is on 2 levels and is an ideal location for family holidays as it is situated in private grounds accessed by an electronic security gate.
All rooms have rustic wooden beamed ceilings. There is a wood-burner, TV, a 3 seater sofa bed and a 2 seater sofa in the lounge.
Both bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms.

All booking enquiries by e-mail please, quoting Letfor.com. 20% deposit required when booking to secure the apartment - this is non refundable in the event of cancellation. The full balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount is payable. A breakage/security deposit of £100 is payable with final payment at least 8 weeks before arrival.
Changeover day is normally Saturday, but there is flexibility outside of the high season. Arrival time is after 3pm. Departure time is before 10am.
Bath towels and bed linen are provided and are included in the price quoted. They are changed every Saturday. We request that guests provide their own beach towels. Additional cleaning available for a supplement if requested at time of initial booking.
