The property is in a very privileged geographical position: In the very heart of the Natural Protected Park of Lake Bracciano, 30 minutes drive from Rome, half way between the capital and the seaside, in the middle of the Etruscan Region and its beautiful archeological sites, at the crossroads between Lazio, Tuscany and Umbria, the three most important Italian Regions, who hold 60% of the national artistic heritage.
Although absolutely private and quiet, the property is located near where activities are: the little village of Trevignano (only 5 min. drive) has all sorts of shops and supermarkets, restaurants and lake-shore cafés.

You may also feel the Italian Renaissance atmosphere at the overwhelming Odescalchi Castle, situated in Bracciano village (15 minutes drive) and still housing the original furniture, or visit Sutri and Calcata medieval villages, or take an excursion to the nearby Roman and Etruscan archeological sites.
