Athina Luxury Villas is an impressive property built on the highest point of a small village, in Ksamoudochori, in Chania, in the Island of Crete, overlooking the vineyards and olive groves that prevail in the area as well as the endless Mediterranean Sea. The villa has its own private pool surrounded by lavish gardens and has been delicately decorated. The villa is a maisonette of about 110 sq.m. with an underground garage and really spacious living areas so as to create a cosy environment. It features many modern amenities as well as quite comfortable facilities and it is the only "self-catering" property in the area of Chania offering services of a 5-star hotel, such as daily maid service, room service as well as massage sessions. Athina Luxury Villas has not been designed as a simple vacation rental but as a luxurious suite, combining comfort and elegance with privacy and discreet services. Athina Villas caters for all needs and is ideal for both couples and families.
Notes on accommodation
The bedrooms are air-conditioned and have spacious closets and verandas with view to the garden, pool and ocean.
All bedrooms are decorated in style, with elegant curtains, hand-made mirrors, beautifully painted walls.
The double bed in the master bedroom is covered by a mosquito net.
Outside
Athina Luxury Villas is the only property in the area of Chania featuring such an impressive garden of about 6.000 sq.m. with an immaculate lawn and an endless variety of trees and flowers.
Guests can enjoy the warm sun while lying on their sunbeds by the pool or try using the barbecue while children are playing at the playground. There is outdoor furniture for guests to relax and a beautiful swimming pool (70 sq.m.) and children's pool (10 sq.metres). The pool and the surrounding gardens of 6.000 sq.m. are kept in excellent condition on a daily basis by our experience staff who takes great not to interfere with the privacy of our guests.

Athina Luxury Villas is located in Ksamoudochori, a small traditional village that has kept its original character and is surrounded by olivegroves and vineyards. The area is quite peaceful, ideal for bicycling and taking nice walks in the paths surrounding the villas. Maleme, with its sandy beach and many restaurants, is just a stone's throw further to the north. Maleme is an historical village, featuring one of the first airports in Greece which is no longer in operation. Platanias, the famous tourist resort with its intense night life, is just 7km to the east. In Platanias, guests will find many entertainment opportunities as well as a rich market for souvenirs and summer shopping. There are many beach bars, restaurants and clubs available.

Athina Luxury Villas is located in Chania, the western city of the Island of Crete and one of the most beautiful cities in Greece, often called Venice of the East due to its well preserved Venetian Harbour with its impressive architecture.
Chania has some of the most impressive sandy beaches in the Mediterranean and is also well known for its Samaria Gorge which is the longest in Europe.
The Venetian Harbour with its museums, art galleries, ancient monuments and archeological sites dating back to the Minoan Civilisation, will be an unforgettable experience.

Athina Luxury Villas is located in Ksamoudochori, a small traditional village just 4km south of the sandy beach of Maleme and 7km southwest of the famous tourist resort of Platanias. In order to arrive to Ksamoudochori, one needs to take the motorway of Chania to Kissamos, turn right to Platanias and then turn left to Maleme. Upon entering the village of Maleme, one should turn left to the sign pointing towards Ksamoudochori. The villas are located on the highest point of the village, overlooking the ocean.
