|
Limassol is a nice location. It has been renewed by a new mayor who privileged the sea side and built a 10km sea side walk from Limassol town center going East. Limassol is by the sea, very close to the mountains, close to Nicosia and Larnaca airport.
Beautiful sightseeings worth visiting. We have left quite few brochures in the house for you to check.

|
Parekklisia is a typical small Cypriot village with a very good family restaurant, a take away place which is as good and a bar by the church, very nice for a drink as aperitif before going out.
For any food shopping there are small places to go around the village. When leaving the village there is abig bakery with fresh bread and pastries and dairy products. Or further, by the mortorway, on the the way to Paphos there is a big supermarket called Carrefour.

Our property is 2km away from the Larnaca-Limassol motorway, exit to Parekklisia. Go to Parekklisia, when
in the village, at the Primary school turn right to Pyrgos, after 700m Parola street (very steep road) will be on your right, got to the end, you should see the last house (number 7) on you left.

The property is on 3 levels. Entrance is direct onto dining room, open kitchen and a seating area with a big sofa. 1st floor 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with twin beds, 1 shower room with a toilet and 1 bathroom with a bath and shower head and toilet. 1 Carry cot from birth to 3 max 4 years old child. All bedrooms are with air conditioning. Lower level a big room with TV and DVD player. 2 sofa beds and a shower room, leading onto the pool. This room has two ceiling fans.
