Regional Information
The villa is located on the Cypriot side of the island. It is set in a traditional village some 16km from Coral Bay area ofd Paphos and 16km from Polis and Latchi. Close enough enough to go out and enjoy yourselves with all the different activities available to you.
       
       
Information specific to the town/village
The prominent position of this villa means it enjoys uninterrupted views over fields and grapevines to the distant Troodos Mountains. Today, Kathikas is one of the most attractive villages in the area, well known for its great many vineyards, grapes being its main product and their cultivation the main occupation of the villagers. A selection of local tavernas and a mini market are within a few minutes walk of the villa. The popular resort of Coral Bay with its well-known sandy beach is approximately 15 kilometers away and the traditional town of Polis and the small seaside resort of Latchi are only 18 kilometers away.

AT THE END OF THE DUAL CARRIAGE PASSING THE EKO GARAGE AND JUST BEFORE LARGE ISLAND TO THE LIMASSOL MOTORWAY, BEAR LEFT FOLLOWING SIGNS TO POLIS. CONTINUE ON THE B7 CLIMBING STEADILY UPWARDS PASSED VARIOUS FURNITURE, CLOTHES SHOPS ETC, THROUGH THE AREA OF MESOGI TOWARDS THE VILLAGES OF TSADA. REMAIN ON THE B7 (APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES) PASSING THROUGH THE OUTSKIRTS OF STROUMPI VILLAGE - ESSO GARAGE ON LEFT JUST BEFORE STROUMPI VILLAGE (POLIS SIGNPOSTED 22KM)

There are lots of activities available to you. Golf is located 10km away, there are several teeks for walking. Wine tasting at the 2 local wineries. A donkey farm in the area. Bird watching.

  The villa is ideal for the larger family, having 4 bedrooms in the main house, plus a separate, self-contained 2 bedroom annex on the ground floor, thereby sleeping up to 14.
For smaller parties the main house only can be rented, with the annex closed, making this property affordable for all. The soft furnishings have all been carefully colour coordinated and attention to detail has been paid to the interior decoration with lots of little extra touches making it feel like a home.
