Our guests can completely relax by being surrounded by this wonderful nature and by having a spending sea view at Elaphite islands. There are 2 spacious terraces, built of stone and in renaissance style, where our guests can enjoy the serenity of a moment.

If you want to completely relax and enjoy the nature as well as a peaceful atmosphere, then villa Ellaphiti is the right choice for you! Villa Ellaphiti is located in town Dubrovnik (country Croatia), at the great location of the most beautiful and natural seaside area – Gruz bay! Our villa is surrounded by extremely beautiful nature, Mediterranean trees, and stunning sea-views at the famous Elaphite islands, Gruz bay, and almost the entire Dubrovnik!
Villa Ellaphiti contains completely 2 flats (120 square meters each flat's size) which consist of 6 spacious rooms ( room sizes' are from 30- 60 square meters), fully equipped kitchens ,bathrooms, terraces and balconies built out of stone, private parking space for our guests, etc.
Our villa has a great location because of its nearness, within 5-10 minutes of walking distance, to: the restaurants, the shopping centers, the bus stations, supermarkets, the post office, the banks, the main bus station (bus to the airport), the harbour, marine (where many yachts are located), cafe bars, fish market, fitness centers, clubs, etc.
Also, the other benefits for our guests are: free private parking (the public parking is being usually paid in Dubrovnik), the separate entrance into the house, big terraces and balconies where they can enjoy the fresh air and amazing views! We believe that the quality of our service as well as the friendliness of our staff will ensure to make your stay a nice and pleasant experience!
